From the popular French fashion movement Pret-a-Porter meaning ‘ready to wear’ the Pret-a wines indicate their aptitude for early, and easy, drinking.
We make a Prêt-à-Blanc, which is a Riesling dominant aromatic white blend. Then there’s the Prêt-à-Rosé, which is a dry, savoury barrel-fermented pink thing made for necks. And lastly is the Prêt-à-Rouge, a juicy, medium bodied red blend riffing on Shiraz and Pinot Noir, and when we can with a little Sangiovese added.
The fruit for the Rosé and Rouge is largely sourced within Beechworth and the Blanc is from two high altitude vineyards in the King Valley.
