Single site, Mornington Peninsula Shiraz from the Tuerong sub-region. This fruit was the last picked for the harvest and was memorable for its concentration of flavour, cool season spice and balance.

This is textbook elegant, spice driven cool climate Shiraz. It’s a slinky and lithe wine, exuding aromas of cured smallgoods, blueberry, peat and cracked pepper. Natural acidity and layers of silty shaped tannin should confer this wine years of ageing, should you choose to lay it down.
