Our second release of Shiraz from our friends down the hill at Indigo vineyard. This wines leads with a little roast meatiness, giving way to blue and red cherried fruits. A whisk of twigs and black tea, a hint of green peppercorn and a youthful acid line with plenty of succulence. 70 dozen bottled.

This is a free flow of Beechworth shiraz flavour. It’s lovely, truly. Twigs and herbs, spices and berries, flowers and earth. But nothing overt; everything runs together. Tannin is fine; silk and grain. It’s both juicy and ripe without being sweet. It’s squeaky clean too and yet there’s character aplenty. There you go.
